Born and raised in East Vancouver, Richard has seen the city evolve over the years. As a child, he worked alongside his father building and remodeling homes, sparking a lasting interest in Real Estate and giving him a solid foundation in the industry.
Helping others has always driven Richard. At 22, he became a firefighter—an experience that shaped his outlook and personal growth. He also turned his passion for fitness into two successful gym businesses in the Lower Mainland, where he discovered his natural talent for connecting with people and building strong communities.
